Grilled Marinated Flank Steak with
Mt. Hood Wild Pink Peppercorn Sauce,
and topped with Walla-Walla Onion Crisps.

Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

Slow Roasted to Perfection. Served with Horseradish Sauce.

Sauvie Island Chicken

Chicken Breast lightly dusted with Chipotle
Spices and Oregon Cabernet Barbecue Sauce.
