class(es) you are signing up for and send it with your check to the address listed on
the registration form. If paying by Pay Pal, please complete the registration form and

NAIFA EDUCATION BENEFIT
Rose City Chapter Board of Directors has decided
to continue it's Education Certificate benefit for it's members, as well. Certificates
for the Chapter benefits are funded from Rose City Chapter Treasury Accounts.
All chapter members in good standing, with dues paid
by January 1st will receive "2" Education
Certificates for that year.
An Education Certificate is usable towards a Rose
City Chapter Course of NAIFA Education (up to 8 hours)
Certificate must be submitted to Course Coordinator
with applicable fee - $20.00 for a designated member
and $35.00 for non-designated members (candidate members) for
non-USPAP courses. The fee is higher for USPAP courses, due
to the additional class materials provided.
Text is not included with specialty courses. Certificates are excluded from
