APPRAISER APPRECIATION BANQUET
The Annual banquet is approaching and we encourage everyone to come. There will be good food, awards
given out, entertainmaent, as well as the installation of the new officers for the upcoming year.
And how about this! Chapter Members will receive ONE FREE EDUCATION voucher for attending
this gala affair. That will pay for your night out.
There will also be great live music from the 30's to 50's era for your listening enjoyment.

What a great time to visit with fellow appraisers, lenders, and brokers.
The banquet will be at the Red Lion Hotel - Convention Center, 1021 NE Grand Avenue, Portland. There will be a special room rate for
anyone wanting or needing to stay the night.
The banquet will be on January 21, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The event will be in the Windows Skyroom on the top level, which provides a spectacular view of Downtown Portland overlooking
the Oregon Convention Center.
The price will be $40 per person ($41.50 if paid through PayPal).
The menu will be a sit-down meal with three entrée choices: Pacific Wild Salmon, Prim Rib, or Roasted Vegetable Wellington.
To register, please send you meal request and check for payment to Portland Rose City Chapter, in-care-of Margie Reinholt, 875 E 4th St,
Yamhill, OR 97148. Alternatively, you may send your meal request to the Portland Rose City Chapter, but pay using the PayPal button
below and your credit or debit card. You may also register for the banquet at the January 9th Chapter Luncheon Meeting. In any event
we must have your registration and meal requests before January 19th. If you have menu questions or last minute registrations before
