Fraud” class held at the Oregon Convention Center on
April 25 th have signed up.

on 2006 USPAP Advisory Opinion 19 (AO-19).

of USPAP that all appraisers are concerned about.

Data Quick - $60/quarter 2) Active Membership: Be an active committee member, or
be a designated member, and
attend a minimum of six or more general luncheon
meetings in a 12 month period. RMLS - $36/year
Data Quick - $90/quarter 3) Base Membership: Attend a minimum of four or more
general luncheon meetings in a 12
month period. RMLS - $84/year
Data Quick - $180/quarter 4) Non-Active Membership: Attend three or less general
luncheon meetings in a 12 month

Joni would like to inform all members that even though this is only May,
our Rose City Chapter Christmas Party is scheduled for Friday, December 1st at the Lloyd
Center Double Tree Hotel. The same band is scheduled to play and we will be doing the
Wright Family Christmas Story again, so bring one wrapped ornament per person.
For those who missed the last Christmas Party, we had a good time. Mark your calendar now
and expect to have fun.

ACI (Appraisers Choice) is coming to Portland for their software class, to be held on
May 11th at the Marriott Courtyard Portland Airport. The cost is $199 for the first
registrant of an office and $149 for each additional seat.
Learn how to maximize clones,
templates, and picklists. Also, build a custom website.
If you are thinking about changing software, this would be a good time to take this class
and maximize your software to its fullest. It may be a cost savings in the long run.

Board meetings are usually the second Wednesday after each Monday General Meeting.
Breakfast is included at the expense of the Board.
