Meeting Program

Several of our Board members attended the 2006 NAIFA annual Board of Directors meeting in Chicago. They will give us a presentation of that meeting.

ALSO, Lloyd Werner will present “Ways to Increase Your Business” by demonstrating how to create and edit our profiles on National’s website.

Some members may not be aware that their profiles include the zip codes and counties they will service.

CHAPTER ELECTIONS: The Nominating Committee submits the following nominations:

Treasurer: Sue Johnson

The Chair will call for further nominations from the floor. Ballots will be available in the event there is more than one nomination for an office. The ballot will have a space for write-ins.

To submit nominations you must be present at the meeting or if you can’t be at the meeting call Pat Miller at 503-263-2277.

Candidate Members can hold the local chapter offices of Secretary and Treasurer.

Candidate Members cannot hold any State, Regional, or National office.

Candidate Members can vote for the offices of Secretary and Treasurer in local chapter elections.

Lloyd Werner will instruct classes to help members get their IFA designations.

Date: January 11th and 25th Wednesday and Thursday 8am to noon.

February 7th Wednesday 8am to noon.

DATA SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE

DATA SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE

1) Pro-Active Membership: Be a designated member, and a national officer or national committee member, regional governor, state director, chapter officer, active chapter
committee chairman, and attend a minimum of 8 general luncheon meetings in a 12 month period.

RMLS - No fee
Data Quick - $60/quarter

2) Active Membership: Be an active committee member, or be a designated member, and attend a minimum of six or more general luncheon meetings in a 12 month period.

RMLS - $36/year
Data Quick - $90/quarter

3) Base Membership: Attend a minimum of four or more general luncheon meetings in a 12 month period.

RMLS - $84/year
Data Quick - $180/quarter

4) Non-Active Membership: Attend three or less general luncheon meetings in a 12 month period.

RMLS - $144/year
Data Quick - $210/quarter

Randy Shervey is our contact with RMLS and PMAR and he is looking into the health insurance plans offered through them.

Matt Gloege’s new Comp Check Docs are online. Go to www.ifanw.com, click on Archives.

We are receiving complaints from RMLS about appraisal offices allowing appraisers to use

RMLS who are not members of NAIFA.

 

BOARD MEETINGS
The Board meeting date has been changed to the second Monday after each General Monthly Meeting.

Breakfast is included at the expense of the Board.

Next meeting will be October 23, 9am-Noon, at the new location: Hayden's Lakefront Grill at the Century Hotel, which is across I-5 Frwy from the Sweetbriar Inn, exit 289.  The address is 8187 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd, Tualatin.
