OCTOBER 2004 Meeting Program
1) Lloyd Werner will Review the new Fannie Mae Revised 1004 Appraisal Report Test Forms.

2) Nomination of Chapter Officers - Nominations for the 2005 Chapter officers are to be given. The Nomination Committee recommends a slate of officers as follows but nominations are open:

Chapter President: Joni Cook, IFA

First Vice President: Charles Gibson, IFA

Second Vice President: Open

Secretary: Patsy Miller, IFA

Treasurer: Open

We have no nomination recommendation for the positions of 2nd Vice President or for Treasurer. Only designated members can hold an office. Since we only have 24 designated members most of whom do not wish to accept nomination to an office, we can fill offices by electing a designated member and appointing a non-designated assistant who agrees to accept the full responsibility of fulfilling the duties of that office. You can volunteer to be nominated without being at the meeting but to submit nominations you must be present at the meeting. So, if you can’t be at the meeting, call Pat Miller at 503-263-2277, or just call Pat if you would like to participate on a committee.
