November 3rd and 4th, 2006, is the date of NAIFA’s annual
election of National Officers, National Directors, Education
& Research Trust Committee Members, Awards, and the evening
Installation Dinner.
Joni Cook is running for a position on The Education &
Research Trust Committee.
Randy Shervey is running for a position as a
National Director.
Lloyd Werner has been nominated by our Rose
City Chapter for the Paul A. Wetzel Outstanding Service
Award.
Our Chapter has donated $2,500 to The
Education and Research Trust to help fund new and emerging
education for today’s professional appraiser.

Lloyd Werner will continue to instruct classes to help
members get their IFA designations upon demand. There will
be a minimum attendee requirement.

DATA SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE
1) Pro-Active Membership: Be a designated member, and a
national officer or national
committee member, regional governor, state director,
chapter officer, active chapter
committee chairman, and attend a minimum of 8 general
luncheon meetings in a 12 month
period. RMLS - No fee
Data Quick - $60/quarter 2) Active Membership: Be an active committee member, or
be a designated member, and
attend a minimum of six or more general luncheon
meetings in a 12 month period. RMLS - $36/year
Data Quick - $90/quarter 3) Base Membership: Attend a minimum of four or more
general luncheon meetings in a 12
month period. RMLS - $84/year
Data Quick - $180/quarter 4) Non-Active Membership: Attend three or less general
luncheon meetings in a 12 month
period. RMLS - $144/year

The Rose City Chapter Christmas Party is scheduled for Friday, December 1st at the Lloyd
Center Double Tree Hotel. The same band is scheduled to play and we will be doing the
Wright Family Christmas Story again, so bring one wrapped ornament per person.
For those who missed the last Christmas Party, we had a good time. Mark your calendar now
and expect to have fun.

The
Board meeting date has been changed to the second Monday after each General
Monthly Meeting.
Breakfast is included at the expense of the Board.
Next meeting will be October 23, 9am-Noon, at the new location: Hayden's
Lakefront Grill at the Century Hotel, which is across
I-5 Frwy from the Sweetbriar Inn, exit 289. The
address is 8187 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd, Tualatin.
